How to use webmail in cPanel

Before doing this tutorial you must have cPanel account, if it has not been able to see how to register your cPanel account

Now let's learn how to use webmail to access our emails, from within cPanel

Please note that you can also access your webmail directly by going to http://www.Yourdomain.com/webmail if you are not able to login to cPanel

1) Click on icon Email Accounts

To access webmail on a main email account, you will be using these links, but currently we are not going to do it

2) Instead, we will click More

3) Then click Access Webmail

4) Enter the password for this email address-not a password to login to your cPanel

5) Now click Log In

6) Click on one of the webmail applications available to you ... in this example we'll choose the Horde

This is the main view of the Horde webmail, where we can see the contents of our email inbox

and create a new email message (New Message)

This time we will not explain the specifics about how to use the Horde webmail application ... but suffice it to say that here's how you can access and manage your emails from within cPanel

7)when it is finished using the webmail, click Logout

How to Use File Manager in cPanel

How do I use the File Manager in cPanel

Now you must already login to cPanel.

Now let's learn how to use the File Manager

1) click on the File Manager icon

2) select the directory (folder) you want to open, and then click Go

This is a File Manager application interface, where you can upload your files to your hosting account, delete the file, change the permissions/permissions (CHMOD), and many more other functions

On the left there is a list of the folders that you have in your hosting account and on the right there is a list of all files and folders located in the folder you select in the left

Your website files (HTML pages, images GIF/JPG, etc.) should be placed in the folder public_html

Use this function to upload those files to your hosting account, and also for setting the access rights/permissions on the file

It is easy to create a new folder (click on the New Folder icon)

the same as creating a new file (click on the New icon File)

You can also use File Manager to change the access rights/permissions files or folders

Basically, the File Manager makes it easy for us to organize files and folders that you have in your hosting account, when you don't have access to an FTP application

Now you open your browser and enter the URL of YOUR cPanel login.
